I don't know if Correa out and out lied, I don't think he really committed to anything definitive. Flaherty LIED, his excuse in not realizing that major companies would go the Trust route, to me indicates that he does not have the wherewithal to be Finance Minister. Canadian politicians don't Miss Speak anymore, they pull a Flaherty.
