and just think of the additional employment!

we could have mining clowns (similar to the rodeo clowns)

whenever the spectacled bears get too close to the miners

the mining clowns jump in between and get the bear to chase them

where the clowns jump into the colourful barrels and hide

we could call them 'acosta barrels'

also, they would add an aspect of protection

how many NGO's would venture onto bear ridden property just to make a point?

for those that do we could hang whats left of them on the front fence

that would deter some others...
