Malaise in the dialogue miner
The mining dialogue that promotes the Government continued yesterday in Machala and continues today in Zaruma, in El Oro. Yesterday, during the first day of talks, the Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Galo Chiriboga, and technicians of the ministry explained the details of mining activity in the country and in El Oro, in particular.
Interventions, which lasted for over an hour, bothered the mining sector, a large group who attended the small premises where it was carried out.
Fabian Rodriguez, president of the National Chamber of Mines, expressed his displeasure at the lack of information on the preliminary draft of the new Mining Law. "Just today what I have just given."
