Among other things debated in the Assembly today, a resolution in support of Evo Morales which rejects a referendum on autonomy by Santa Cruz province scheduled for this Sunday. The motion was tabled by Alpaca Velasco.
The minority parties rejected the motion. Rafael Esteves (ex- PSP) noted that the resolution violates the Constitution that prohibits interference in the internal affairs of other nations.
