I assume this means the ability to continue to keep working during the creation on the mining laws and rectifying the 3 concession nonsense. Hopefully these items will be resolved soon so we can get the share price back up and put this painful nightmare behind us.

Six months to get its house in order? What about people who are losing theirs?

It takes time to build up a workforce. Sure, some of them will come back, but others will be forced to seek work elsewhere, so you lose some skills and have to do a certain amount of training. Aurelian should keep as many of them on as possible and spend the time improving roads and local infrastructure, unless that has to stop too.
