I cant imagine any decent CEO of a major goldmine willing to put his neck and stock options on the line in order to try and develop this thing. What possible assurances could the govt of this banana republic give someone that would be meaningful? Whose to say after the next election if any promises would be kept?

Unfortunately, I suspect our only option is to soldier along, hopefully we can keep FDN and then I suspect we have to try and raise cash in order to build a mine. I think its going to be very difficult to raise cash based on our one asset in ecuador.

I'm in for a lot longer haul than I ever imagined. I guess many of us are.
