Safe he already backed down. As Brit said had he come out before the vote and publically voiced his concerns it probably does not pass. This is the problem. He has turned out to be a lame duck and totally without integrity. Case in point how do you lambaste the special interest groups one week and then do the quick 180 the next. That I will never be able to understand and because of that how can he ever be trusted again?

That number 180 comes up again and again, doesn't it? These guys are spinning so fast we ought to connect them to a drill bit and see if they can find the Western fault.
