I have to tell you that if it does drop another 25 to 30% then I AM A BUYER, just as every potential purchaser of the property will be buying heavy. At that price I have no problem adding and waiting out the 180.

Or a change in government, whichever comes first. Don't discount that possibility either. There are a lot of angry people who voted for this guy. It's one thing to be against, quite another to feel betrayed.

Me? I'm staying in my tree, like the stubborn little cub I am. I had thought to bail on a rally, which many will do, and no doubt cap the price for a while, but that's not my style. I'm gonna sit these guys out if that's what it takes. They're doomed already anyway. It's only a matter of time, and I have more of it than they do.
