Does anyone know what time the vote is today?

I cannot for the life of me think that even the most backward country from the 15th century would shoot themselves in the foot like this.

If this is not turned around in a hurry, Ecuador can kiss any and all future investment goodbye. Who would enter into any type of agreement/contract them? Unemployment which is already high will skyrocket.

Even if they vote on the 180 day clause today, what is to stop them from renegging on that as well. Their credibility will be completely shot.

This is what gives me some hope.....surely they will not go down that path.
