I guess they are as dumbfounded as the rest of the market and really cant explain the actions of politicians.

My main qustion is: What about the stability agreement they claimed to be close to finalizing and was really the key basis for them to understand the future implications. I have been led tobelieve this is the key item to complete to ensure "stability"
