I just called and got the a very cold and lame response from the receptionist. She gave nothing and I was left with the impression that ARU has no idea what they are doing.
I am VERY, VERY disappointed in their response to this issue.
I thought we had an office in Ecuador..WTF are these people doing?
Not quite sure what I will do, but I am now leaning towards dumping this mess and starting fresh.
