Nice to see the healthy conversation back...I appreciate it.

At least they are talking about mining down there...we're getting there...and it IS a big deal when the government starts becoming flexible PUBLICLY. This could be a middle ground between where they started and where they end up. A huge flip flop of windfall tax to no windfall tax might raise too many eyebrows, but a  transition from one opinion to another over time looks like discussions are working.
