Quito, Apr 4 (Prensa Latina) Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa highlighted Friday the fostering of a revolution in the local energy sector, when he put the first stone for the construction of hydroelectric project Ocaña, in the Ecuadorian province of Cañar.

One of the most volcanically active nations on earth and not a single hydrothermal project? What's up with that?
