One thing we constantly skip over is the fact that both Patrick and Keith have a baked in royalty regardless of who takes the gold out of the grolund. Not only will they be wealthy beyond dreams from stocks and options, but whoever pulls the actual gold out of the ground will be paying old Patrick and Keith royalties, until they pull their last ounce. Nice deal if you can get it. This baby will be sold shortly after the agreement becomes public IMHO.
