I've not used it a lot but the more you trade the more helpful it is....not much use to a long term investor.

It is helpful to see all the bids/asks lined up in queue with lot sizes. They can give you a real good clue as to the immediate direction of the stock. Then again you have to be careful because lots of individuals will put bids/asks in there will the sole purpose of trckery.
