That Manipulator that sold his 100,000 shares at 9.40 looks like a genius now that the price has been manipulated down to 9.24 !!

Well those 100,000 shares never did sell (and I think that was the point). So far the highest price we've seen is 9.39. I wouldn't label Wiener a genius just yet.
