KORES a Korean government sponsored outfit has

earmarked six billion for overseas investment to ensure

a safer supply of raw materials. - whilst they list

base metals and coal as prime targets, we must not

totally rule out precious metals to diversify from the

dollar  -  the Koreans are not afraid to go to Africa -

so Latin America is no problem to them...
