It looks every day as if ARU is getting deeper into the "we will develop FDN on our own" mode. That being the case I'm sure that more than one instit. holder has talked to ARU about the proposed financing of same. Maybe ARU has initiated talks in this vein. Some portion would have to be equity. If any of these assumptions are close to the truth the result is bound to be some instit. selling. They say it's never to early to have a flush balance sheet.
