I'm in the "manipulation" camp so today's action is more of "stealing retail shares" action. Very low vol coupled with "hotdog boy" dirty deeds.

I agree that if we had some buying incentive none of this would be occurring - I guess everyone waiting for the last bit of uncertainty to be removed before they make the jump.
