This is a classic "wash trading" pattern with the sole intention of knocking the SP of ARU down. Likely the two accounts, if just two, are owned by the same individuals or parties, who just shuffle their own shares back and forth.
Totally disgusting.
Jim P. talks about this sort of thing on his show. His advice? Since you can't change it, use it to your advantage to pick up cheap shares. I've been adding all the way up thanks to these guys. Got a full plate now, so I'm just hanging on tight like a bear in a tree, but I couldn't have got my position in so cheaply without the hotdog factor. Like they say in the army: always use the terrain to your advantage.
