I have heard the CEO speak in the past.

They are very risk averse, theey like to under pay for assets and he said "never over pay"

He speaks consistently about "low political risk areas" as part of their philosophy. This is a consistent message on their website repeated in may areas.

I think it will have to be someone else that ante's up cause its not likely it will be AEM.
