For the sixth day in a row, we saw a nice late day upward move in the SP on good volume. This bodes well for tomorrow - investors want this stock and are willing to hold overnight. No one wants to be caught not holding it at the big announcemnet.

My guess is that this trend should continue for the next month as we get closer to D-Day (Deal Day).
