I am not going to dignify your first two points with responses. I guess I do have to apologize to Fearless, who never needs anyone's help to settle any issue.

On your last point, I guess my wild guess would be someone decided to call a "let's nail ARU's closing price at $9.18 but forgot to invite us party". I am just naturally suspicious when I see such nicely concerted trades that hits the board just before closing. In fact I can't ever recall seeing that at all until now.
