I know this issue of recent insider selling has been a burning issue with most of us and we all tried to find some plausible explanations on why these folks would want to cash-in in the eve of "big money".   Perhaps Buck said it best, "these folks are just hedging some of their bets, let's just move on". 

For the record I don't agree with my friend's assessment of ARU, but the one comment he made (fully priced at the $8 level for now) seems a possible reason why the insiders are selling.  So I throw it out there to generate some discussions.
