I am doing this from distant memory now, I think it is 5%. So 5% of the 134 million ARU shares outstanding would make it 6.7 million shares, and Patrick sold 800,000 shares. Even if Newmont bought it all it is still a long way to go yet.
Am I right about the 5% threshold? Anyone out there knows for sure?
