I wasn't aware of this, but it seems the Canadian Commercial Corporation <http://www.ccc.ca/index.html> is building the new airport in Quito!

Basically it says President of the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), Marc Whittingham, main contractor of the project, toured the site and blah blah blah...buncha technical detail, then goes on to say they've spent $160 million so far, with another 20 on the way.
