you're talking about the USA not Canada and you're talking about people found guilty of a criime

I hope all is on the Up and Up but the reality if things go wrong is that they sold before they could know the conclusion so they cant be found guilty of insider knowledge becasue the result is not yet conclusive.

Maybe they sold because they didnt like the general flavor of the negotiations and got scared themselves.

Anyway, enough speculation, we may never know the real reason they sold. probably get some response tomorrow though from the company based on the excitement this has all caused.

My only point was dont get comfortable thinking you have the law on your side, its innocent until proven gulity.
