Thanks Hawnkoa and I agree with you. My opinion is that this agreement that ARU and the others are working on will be the basic foundation of their mining laws. Therefore this agreement will form the basis of a deal that will satisfy a major. Once ARU and the others have agreed to the deal it would seem highly unlikey and extremely illogical that they would now sit down and draft new legislation for everyone else. I'm sure that ARU in their negotiations have drafted their strategy to include a possible takeover something I'm sure the Eqadorians excpect anyway. It would also be in the best interest of Equador to get this agreement done asap in order to start to "mine" their roylaties. I doubt they really care who mines FDN as long as its done responsibly. I guess we will know in about 5-6 weeks
