Since we know little or no facts or figures to a do a proper analysis, the high low numbers are just my "wishful thinking".  I do agree with some of the other posters that once the law is drafted, we do not need to have it passed (say in the fall of 2008) to receive offers.  The sale could very well be contingent upon the laws will be passed "as is". 

Chances are offers will come soon after a draft is tabled, hence the May 15, 2008 date (besides, it is my wedding anniversary and that would make it quite a celebration).
