what if

 PA 'sold' his stake to an offshore entity (let's say a 'third party")

to do a bit of capital gains tax planning now that our

Harper-friend  abandoned the capgains promise, too

whilst PA has a good 'feel' of what is there to come, takeover

wise - time will tell...
