The only logical answer is Anderson needs the money Right Now!  Usually the only reason is - he is getting a divorce.   

I don't buy the reasons that Marla provided at all.  The timing is not right and the optics to the investors is very poor at this critical time.  Let's hope we don't see another key insider doing the same thing.  If we do I think we better be prepared.
