I would think that if the BOD and management of Aurelian are majority shareholders, (hold the majoprity of the shares) and are offered a fair price, and want to sell, then that's who will decide.
With Correa and others in his governemt knowing the procedure by which takeovers or buyouts are conduced in North America, I think they would let the usual process decide the outcome. If Goldcorp or Kinross, or whoever, made an offer, then it's up to the management and/or shareholders of Aurelian.
Should Barrick somehow want to play the snake in the grass, then I think it would be "woes unto Barrick" later on.
