Why on earth does Soto always use the following quote..........
"President Rafael Correa, a left-wing economist and ally of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez".
Does he think it increases the scare factor by 10 every time we see it?
Here's another typical example.....
"A top government official close to mining policy decisions told Reuters, asking not to be named".
What a lot of balony! Take up fiction writing Soto, you'd be good at it.
Really, as a journalist this guy Soto sucks! I wouldn't pay him with peanuts. When Reuters finally dump this guy I doubt any half decent newspaper or agency will give him a job cleaning their drains. What a lovely reputation he's getting himself!
