This has been posted before but you can get a translator for your web browser to help you translate.
If you use the Firefox Browser you can get a translator for free that will translate from Spanish into English with the click of the mouse.. (I use this browser and find it great)
For Microsoft IE you can also get a translator although I am not familiar with it...I think Google has it..
