I have read some of the comments from subscribers saying they are disappointed in his performance but Casey still has a lot of followers and he can cause a stock to tank when he says sell and he had previously recommended it.

DMM is at an interesting price now but I personally would wait for it to show a clear bottom. It has broken its 50 and 200 day. Sentiment has now taken over.

I would suspect this is Casey's plan. Wait until the dust settles and if the the new law comes out good recommend it again.
