I wasn't too impressed with the conversation I had with her yesterday.  Whined about all the calls and E-mails (DUH!).  Didn't get the feeling that they would do anything but she did claim that they had "calls in". 

Yes, doesn't give me a a warm and fuzzy but what can you do.
