I agree with you Rich except that until a figure is put on ie. what level is the windfall tax generated, ARU can still be quite profitable. As Marla says "exceptional" profits. So I take that to mean 100.00/barrel oil or 1000.00+ gold. Also needed would be an inflation factor. If though it were to be generated at close to these levels I don't see any major beating down the door.
