This guy Alonso Soto is the greatest basher of ARU. He did such a good job that the petty bashers who infested the SH ARU BB for so long can only envy.

All his reports are well timed and they are factual, except they are never complete, i.e., telling the whole story. The concept of a windfall tax is scary, that is what he reports. However, he never goes into any details on how that is applied, such as what is the threshold, how is that to be applied, ect.? Including those may water down the panic effect and why would he do that? The most you can accuse him of is sloppy reporting, but you can never say that he did it for a purpose. Man this guy is quite a piece of work!!

On the other hand, having a windfall tax will likely dimish ARU's appeal. There is no disguising the fact that prospect buyers will use this as leverage in their negotiations.
