Jim Kramer in his best interview with Tim Russert

Hello Crew,

I don't know if any of you saw the interview this morning on MSNBC with Tim Russert interviewing Jim Kramer, but I have to say it was Jim Kramer (who's style I dislike on Mad Money)at his most honest and informative best...

He said that the U.S. is still a power globally, but that China is the future and has already bailed out the U.S. Treasury on the home loan situation by keeping them afloat...

The Chinese, he said, would be taking up natural resources of all types to the tune of 30% globally...where do you think those might come from? He thought that Canada would be a huge source, what with all the mines, oil sands, and exploration companies...

The other thing that impressed me this morning in this interview was Jim Kramer's praise of the Canadians....their prudence as investors, and the politicians for their guts and will to pay for what they owe, even if they have to raise taxes! Jim said that would never play with the U.S. public, who hates to pay up for what ever it is that they have bought , even though they think that they should have that item by divine right of being an American.... I hope more of the U.S. smartens up soon and comes to the conclusion that we're not going to be #1 globally anymore, and to start investing in other areas other than their own "backyard"

If any body else saw this interview this morning, I would be interested in your opinion of it.

Best Regards this Sat. morning,

Long for Cash
