It took the american justice system to nail one of just a myriad of fraudsters that are operating in our canadian public companies and our so-called free markets. I have nothing against Conrad Black, but am glad they finally caught one of these selfish b_stards.

The %*&%$ who said that these bullboards are 50% cheerleaders doesn't seem to understand that there is complete free reign for the manipulators/naked short-sellers/slimy ceo's etc.etc. because the OEC is a useless, toothless entity that needs to be investigated for it's own fraudulent practices. This stock is obscenely under-valued and so it skews all legitimate future projections , to the point of making someone's comments about a 30.00/share price seem like shameless pumping, when it's nowhere near that.

Just because nobody has been arrested for manipulating ARU stock, does not mean it is not or has not happened...

If canadian markets were truly free, then I think none of us would argue that ARU has been manipulated.
