You raised a number of good points about how the market works and I even have to say you are right that there is much sentimental attachment to ARU amongst its investors.  I would even go as far as admitting that your no "crime has been committed" statement is valid - from a technical standpoint legally (since you have to be trialed and convicted first). 

However, if you think there is no heavy manipulation on this stock and people are not hurt financially by these maneouvers you need to take a harder look around you.  That is all I have to say because I don't want to waste everyone's time by getting into a debate about personal convictions and moral fabrics.
