I guess so. Favourable mining laws totally eliminate the excuse, (Oh sorry) the "perceived reason" the sp has been kept down. As has been said many times if ARU is located here in Can. or Mex. it is probably worth double. Favourable mining laws mean that no analysts/mm can say that ARU has an earned  risk premium built into the stock. The true value of the stock should therefore be exposed. Favourable mining laws eliminate all the crap.
