My hats off to the Coeur d'Alene CEO for coming out with such a positive response.  Coeur was one of only a few gold/silver stocks to end the day on a plus on the NYSE/Amex.  Bolivia was a lot scarier to me than Ecuador and I am just glad to see something positive.
