Wall street became very concerned late today.

Just spent the last 3 hours sifting through the many stocks I try to follow looking for any sunshine, anywhere.

Hard to find. The only one that grabbed attention was PBG-T moving up almost $7.00 on the week. DMM-T was up 17 cents today closing at $10.66, 35cents on the week. However, their trading volume seems quite light.

There appears to be a new Stock Group winner coming in to play and that is Solar. Guess it could be called, "Clean Power, Green Power, or Clean Energy etc,." Some of a FEW companies I noted in this group were, CSIQ, FSLR, JASO and SPWR.

Pay attention to this group if you are young and need secondary investment. Looks exciting. Hopefully we have readers on this board who are knowledgeable in this field and could post their insights.

Today, Wall Street became very concerned about something and sold off sharply near the close. The Bears were ugly all week with credit woes, nasty outlooks and ever-increasing Oil.

Next week we will see more of same as the outlook for underlying trends on the US market points down.

Their 3rd quarter productivity shown today was up an annual rate of 4.9%, the biggest jump in 4 years. This news should dampen Inflation talk a bit although, record commodity and oil prices linger.

Unit labour costs fell at a 0.2% rate as compared to the 2nd quarter BUT..still up 4.3% year over year. Import prices rose by 1.8% in October the most since May, 2006. yet the trade deficit squeezed lower by 0.6%.

We have from time to time on this board, heard the mention of company CompanhiaVIADR, RIO-N so I took a look at it. Boys or Boys this is some Monster who worldwide, had annual sales increased this year by 380% over last to almost $35 billion and earnings increased 81% to $1.99 a share.

2008 Forecasted earnings are coming in at $2.65 per share or 24%. and they have 4.8 billion shares. ALL THIS appears to me.......

They could swallow ARU with a small gulp.

Hang on Folks, we have interesting ARU days ahead.
