Just have to add a comment on what Kevin McArthur (CEO of G) said about his group not setting foot outside of North America.

Gold is a mining business not a manufacturing business, you have to go where the resources are located. You can't just set up shop anywhere. You have no choice. Stay in North America all you want, but you may only be drilling for dust.
