My only point, and I mean only, is why would a CEO who " has done billion dollar deals over a handshake " want to get involved in an illegal scam to get a few extra shares of a stock that his company can buy tomorrow by just throwing crappy Barrick shares at it? It makes no sense to me and I think it is not that important anyway!
