While the bottom line IS that everyone has their own needs in investing, I can say this...

I would agree that mining ARU themselves would provide the largest bang for our buck, so I have no arguement with your logic... But, I also cannot wait that long for SOME cash in my hands. I've waited over two years already....am retired...and I am heavily invested in ARU...and No I wouldn't want FDN given away just to get some cash in my hands. I don't feel that will happen. If we wanted to give it away Patrick could have easily done that a year ago. I think management have this thing well in hand, have spoken to every major in the business at one occaision or another, and are calling the shots as to how much they are willing to look at.

I also think ARU is in great demand. Look at the majors average costs per oz and their output.

I also have no ellusions as to getting the political card out of the way. Ecuador isn't going to be a bed of roses. Welcoming sure. But it's not going to be a 1-3% royalty. One we can live with? Yep. One that's fair for the Ecuadorian people? Yep. And that's all that's important. If mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.

I'm hoping we get the best buyout for fdn in history...why? because we are ARU...the best find in decades, the best gold prices, in the best evolving mining friendly country.

ARU should be feeding us well into the future. A long term hold with various areas taken over similar to FDN. Let's hope Papaya hits. and that it's just the beginning of many more.
