"Major Drilling has operated their own rigs on our property from day 1. Our geologists supervise them and they drill according to our instructions, but they operate their own rigs. Major acquired a drilling company called Paragon, which operates one rig on our property. I think that is what you mean by their move into Ecuador. That means that Major now operates three of our six rigs once that deal goes through."
