Abe,

Mt first thought on this issue is "What about the locals that are being used for drilling purposes now"...ARU is suppose to be thinking about the social community and employment as a reason for letting them do exploration in Ecuador...Why stir the up this arrangement when it looks like one of ARU's mangement's strong points in Ecuador.
