Does anybody know where the volume came from or why. Has the million dollar offering been successful and is it closing? For that matter has the May offering closed? I sent Ian a note asking about the offerings better than a week ago, but have yet to get a response.

I have been thinking about the RoF properties we have sitting on the back burner and how recent infrastructure chatter could get us simmering a bit.
